This is Florence Middle School...

Florence Middle School, located at 1603 Appleby Blvd. (Behind Hibbett Middle School), houses the only 7th & 8th graders in the Florence City School System   As the only campus for 7th & 8th graders in the city, FMS is a wonderfully unique combination of students coming from various elementary schools, as well as several of the private schools in our area.

FMS has an award-winning band & chorus program.  Our music students travel to local & state competitions, as well as performing for the elementary students at Christmas.

Many of the faculty members at FMS put in many extra hours preparing our Math Team students, as well as Science Olympiad, DI, Student Council, FCA, and First Priority.  Many of the clubs & organizations participate in various service projects across our community.

If ever there are questions that arise, please feel free to call us.  Our friendly & helpful office staff will help you in any way they can.
